The Company is currently implementing two key projects:

  • The Company-funded project of seismic and geological assessment of Syderiai underground natural gas storage facility, which is vital for strengthening Lithuania’s energy security.  
  • Plans to increase the production capacity of Kruonis Pumped Storage Plant (KPSP) envisage the construction of the fifth hydro unit with a capacity of 225 MW.
  • The project for heat production boiler plant in Elektrėnai, initiated in order to produce heat energy at optimal price, independently of power generation, using the local renewable energy sources, while at the same time also reducing Lithuanian Power Plant (LPP) needs for public service fund.
