Lietuvos Energijos Gamyba actively participates in the activities of international and national organisations. This cooperation helps the company to communicate its vision and position as well as maintain close relations with partners in the electricity market.
The National Lithuanian Energy Association (NLEA) was founded on 5 February 2016 by merging the National Lithuanian Electricity Association and Lithuanian Gas Association, two bodies that previously have been operating separately in the electricity and gas markets. The purpose of NLEA is to shape a common position of the energy sector, represent the interests of its members when dealing with state institutions, public and international organisations. NLEA also seeks to improve electricity and gas supply condintions for consumers as well as foster economic and technical advancement of the economy.

EURELECTRIC unifies power generation, supply, trade and distribution organisations in the European Union and Europe. The Union represents common interests of the electricity industry on the European level and collaborates with similar organisations in other continents. EURELECTRIC’s mission is to contribute to the development and competitiveness of the electricity industry and strengthen the role of electricity in further social development and progress. EURELECTRIC members represent their countries through national energy sector associations. Currently the Union comprises 33 full members from 27 EU countries. The association began its activities in December 1999 on the basis of two associations – UNIPEDE and EURELECTRIC.
